Delivery Charges
How much does shipping cost?
Delivery is free on all orders over £50
Delivery is charged at £3.99 on all orders under £50
We currently dispatch all our orders using the Standard Royal Mail 48 hour tracked delivery service.
Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday. Orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the following day.
Can I place an order from outside the UK?
We ship to areas of the UK only currently.
As our business grows we hope to offer International delivery very soon.
Orders
Can I change my order ?
Changing an order is still possible if it hasn't yet been dispatched. Use the contact us form to request any changes and we will be happy to help.
Should the order already be dispatched, please see our return policy to make a return.
Where is my order ?
Once placed, orders are packaged and dispatched using Royal Mail 48 hour tracking service (Standard option).
Has my order been dispatched yet ?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours.
Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday. Orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the following day.
Gift Wrap
Do you offer a gift wrap service ?
We package everything as a gift using sustainable and recycled packaging throughout. Your jewellery order will be placed in a padded jewellery box, to ensure its safe delivery. This is then wrapped in branded paper tissue and delivered in a recycled postal box which will fit neatly through your letterbox.
Returns
Can I return my order?
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, but in the event that it is not what you had expected, we will be happy to offer a refund. Return the item within 21 days for a full refund against the original purchase method. (Terms are extended to 60 days if purchased in December)
Unfortunately our returns policy excludes earrings due to hygiene reasons.
- How to return an item :
1. Contact us using the customer contact form online.
2. Package your return with original paperwork and packaging
3. Post your box to PO Box13589, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 9QF using a tracked mail service.
4. A refund will be processed within 5 days of receipt
Please note delivery charges and shipping costs will not be refunded.
Stockists Returns
We are unable to accept returns from jewellery bought from one of our stockists. However, please return your item to the boutique it was purchased from.
Warranty
How long is the warranty?
Our jewellery is guaranteed for 12 months and we will offer a replacement if available on any products with an issue due to a manufacturing fault.

Care
How do I care for my jewellery?
To keep your jewellery looking its best, our fail safe rule is always put your jewellery on after you are dressed for the day, and remove before getting undressed at night!
Here are a few more hints and tips :
- Avoid Moisture: To keep your pieces shiny, keep them dry! Remove jewellery before showering, swimming, or applying perfumes and lotions. Moisture can lead to tarnishing or dullness, especially with gold-plated items.
- Store with Care: Store jewellery in a soft pouch or lined jewellery box to prevent scratches and minimise exposure to air, which can cause oxidation over time. Try to keep each piece separate to avoid tangling or scratches.
- Gentle Cleaning: To clean, use a soft cloth (not a polishing cloth which contains chemicals) avoiding harsh chemicals or abrasives. A gentle polish keeps your jewellery sparkling without damaging the plating.

Promotions and Gift cards
Can I use a promotional code on a sale item?
Promotional codes can be used on Full price and also on Sale items
Can I use more than 1 promotional code?
No, promotional codes may only be used on their own.
Do you have a current promotional or discount code?
Most codes will be displayed on our top banner, however the best way to keep in touch with our offers is to sign up to our newsletter.
Where can I purchase a gift card ?
Gift cards can be purchased in many denominations here
How do I redeem my gift card ?
You E-Gift card has a unique number which can be added at the checkout.

How long do I have to purchase using my gift card?
Your gift card does not have an expiry, you may use it when you purchase a piece of jewellery you will love and make you shine !
Where can I use my gift card?
Gift cards may only be used online currently. They are not accepted at other stockists of clemence wren jewellery
Can I receive a refund for my gift card?
Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.
